Our cut-off time for same-day shipping is 1:00 PM. Any orders after 1:00PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Any incomplete orders/ failure to click CHECKOUT/ and/or late payment will render your order as null and void.

SUITABILITY

Yes, all of our hot sauces are vegetarian and muslim-friendly. We provide a detailed ingredient list for each product, so you can easily identify the ingredients we use.

We list all ingredient information on each product’s page. If you have specific allergies or concerns, please review the product details carefully or contact us for assistance.

At present we offer two types of sauces and one type of chilli oil. Depending on the market response, we plan to expand the variety of our product range to cater to customer demand.

Yes, we provide suggestions and tips on our product description page to help you pair the right Chibibi sauce with your favorite dishes.

STORAGE

Chibibi sauces and oil should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Refrigeration is only necessary for the sauces once they are opened. Our chilli oil can be kept at room temperature.

The shelf life varies by product but it is typically 3 month for the sauces and 1 year for the oil. After opening, we recommend refrigerating Chibibi sauces to maintain their freshness and flavour.
